Specific Product Usage & Safety Disclaimers

  • Laundry Detergent Sheets: Formulated exclusively for machine and hand-washing fabrics. Hypoallergenic and non-toxic when used as directed. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Pet Pro Washer Cleaner Tablets: Formulated exclusively for washing machine drum maintenance, descaling, and odor/hair removal. NOT FOR DIRECT ANIMAL WASHING, HUMAN OR PET INGESTION. Store in a cool, dry place away from children and animals.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase. Ecofresheet reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale, distribution, or export, unless expressly authorized under a written Ecofresheet Retail Partner / Wholesale Agreement or issued invoice. Order cancellations or modifications may not be accommodated once an order has entered processing.

Prices, Billing & Subscription Terms

General Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be those in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless expressly stated.

Subscribe & Save" Automatic Renewals (California ARL Compliant)

If you select a "Subscribe & Save" subscription plan, your purchase involves an initial charge followed by recurring charges at the interval you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the specified frequency and price displayed at checkout until canceled by you.
  • Pre-Billing Notice: You will receive an automated email notification prior to each recurring charge.
  • Cancellation & Changes: You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Ecofresheet Account Customer Portal or by emailing support@ecofresheet.com at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ecofresheet is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs processing. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, video, product reviews, and design elements, is owned by Ecofresheet, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Optional Third-party Tools

Relationship with Shopify

Ecofresheet is powered by Shopify. However, sales and purchases made in our Store are made directly with Ecofresheet. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales transactions, claims, injuries, or liabilities arising from your purchase or use of Ecofresheet products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with Ecofresheet.
