P.O. Box Shipping Restrictions

Due to local ground carrier physical delivery requirements, we currently DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes). Please provide a standard residential or commercial physical street address at checkout. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status remains static for 7 or more consecutive business days, or if your package is marked "Delivered" but missing from your door/mailroom, please reach out to us at support@ecofresheet.com. Our care team will coordinate with the carrier to initiate a trace or dispatch a complimentary replacement.
