1. Order processing time
All orders will be processed within 3 working days after we receive payment (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Order processing includes order review, product picking, and packaging.
2. Transportation and delivery
We promise to deliver the goods within 30 days from the date of the order.
Estimated transportation time: Generally, the transportation time in domestic regions is 7 working days. This time is already included in the 30 day delivery guarantee.
Shipping countries and regions: We can currently ship to countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Estimated shipping time: International shipping time varies by destination
Important reminder: The above transportation time is an estimated time, and delays may be caused by force majeure factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and customs inspections. But regardless, we adhere to the guarantee of delivery within 30 days.
3. Transportation costs
Domestic shipping fee: The shipping fee will be calculated in real-time at checkout based on your geographical location and product weight
International shipping fee: The shipping fee for international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification via email that includes a tracking number and query link. You can use this tracking number to keep track of the logistics status of your package at any time.
5. Customs duties and taxes
For international orders, there may be tariffs, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These costs will be borne by the buyer. We cannot control or predict the specific amounts of these fees. We suggest that you contact your local customs department for more details.
6. Exceptions to the 30 day delivery guarantee
Although we promise delivery within 30 days, the following situations may prevent the package from being delivered within this deadline. We will communicate with you promptly:
Delivery failed due to inaccurate, incomplete, or unreachable address provided by you.
Encountering force majeure events such as routine customs inspections, strikes, and extreme weather.
